Interests
Well, I like being interested in things that interest me. Haha, well, I love band and playing the trumpet. I love reading and writing (if it's leisurely and NOT schoolwork lol), I love playing Nintendo games such as my Wii & DS!
Favorite Music
Whoa, where do I begin? I have a nice U2 iPod full of artists! My two favorite artists ever are Damon Albarn & Ben Gibbard. Haven't heard of 'em? Damon is the lead singer of 'Gorillaz', 'Blur', and 'The Good The Bad & The Queen'.Ben is the lead singer of 'Death Cab for Cutie', 'The Postal Service', and 'All-Time Quarterback!'. They are both amazing. Besides them, I listen to a bunch of other good music such as Coldplay (amazing) and usually some other not so popular indies; I hate mainstream music (i.e. crap that plays on the radio every 10 minutes). But yeah, music is my life!
Favorite TV Shows
I wish I had time to watch TV! Haha, but I love 24, The Simpsons, Futurama, House, The Office... and erm, that's really only what I watch if I have time to actually sit down and relax. Oh, Family Guy is funny for the laughs, and King of the Hill is really good too. Oh, and you gotta love AFV and Whose Line is it anyway?. But my favorite show of all time is 24 (all seasons so far have been amazing)!
Favorite Movies
Erm, I don't actually watch a lot of movies. Some of my favorites were Batman Begins and The Simpsons Movie. I loved Get Smart, that movie was hilarious... and Steve Carell is amazing! And wow, The Dark Night, was intense. Batman FTW. And ahhhh, Frost/Nixon... that movie was fantastic!
Favorite Games
Sony Playstation 4, Microsoft Xbox 720... you know anything that is NOT Nintendo. Ahehehahaha! Go Nintendo! :P... and yes, I am addicited to neopets. Is that a considered a game? Ah well.
Favorite Books
Wow, there are so many. I honestly wish I could remember them all. My favorite series of books would have to be 'Pendragon' (amazing and still going) and the 'Series of Unfortunate Events' books. Great reads. One specific book that I really enjoyed (and remember) was 'A Door Near Here'. Also, in April 2008, I read "Woodward and Bernstein:Life In The Shadow of Watergate" for an IB History book project, and it was the best read ever. It made me love learning about history (even more) and also my love for journalism grew; it was a great non-fiction about the most interesting/worst political scandals in U.S. history... ever. Great stuff indeed.
